I was very proud of Jenna at the end, but felt like Jim's story was unresolved. I am highly suspect of relationships where one partner needs to seek someone else out for their happiness, and think that Jim's relationship may have been doomed to failure with or without Jenna--in which case things might have resolved differently. But since it wasn't his story, I think Jenna's ending is probably what the movie needed. :)
I also loved the lines from Cal about happiness, which reminded me of the final scene in The Last Unicorn.
