As you say, the CHOSEN is not really an archetype so much as a plot device. An archetype represents the characters personality and internal motivations. Any of the archetypes you mention could be CHOSEN.
I would suggest that not being able to easily pigeon-hole Nara is a good thing. It means that she is more than a two-dimensional cardboard cut-out, which is one of reasons I love your novels.
