Dr. Horrible

I always forget that Joss Whedon is of the Stephen Sondheim school of storytelling when I'm in the thick of the story. The I remember, and I think, "Yup, Joss, you caught me again."

Without being spoilery, I'll just say that I agree- but I'll also say that I didn't really like it, because it felt very "done"- I mean, I've seen Serenity. And Buffy. SPOILERS: This whole beloved-character-gets-impaled at a shocking moment thing is getting old. I would have been much more impressed if he'd done something NEW.
