Oooh, dream sharing is a lovely idea. I'd link it to Barfield's original participation, but I think [livejournal.com profile] pdlloyd's reference to Jung is certainly applicable. I wonder if that idea is mentioned in Do Kamo, which is one of the anthropology texts I keep *meaning* to read...
