She's ABD on her doctorate toward Irish Medieval History, specializing in hagiography and the spread of the cults of Brigit and Patrick throughout Europe. Has a Masters in History in Medieval Ireland, Rome & Religion, and Medieval Japan. She currently teaches Religious Studies at Carroll University here in Wisconsin. Yeah, she's a huge geek. :)
