Interesting NY Times review. I loved Where the Wild Things Are as a kid, and love it now, and expect, from the tone of the reviewer's piece, that he didn't read it properly as a child, and may not have read it to his kids properly either. You need to do the voices. And the Rumpus. Otherwise it doesn't work.
