I'm winding up for Fluffy spawning herself in August. Sadly, that means I'm doing much of the same thing as you, but I'm using Google's Reader instead of links. That way, I get a little bold text when they update instead of me wandering by.
But, it sounds like things are happily going forward and it sound exciting.
